I have had a couple of mugs of White Tea and two cans of diet coke. Just been naughty and ordered a Chinese on my credit card, avoiding the dishes with sweet sauces and rice, noodles etc. As I've not eaten much today I'm sure I'm in my carb allowance :)
Poo update: I have been again a couple of times today so hopefully my body is finally sorted out in that department!!
