15th Weigh day before Swissland

Well, I have already met my initial target weight of 140lbs and I am just 0.8lbs off of my new target BMI of 22 which is 137lbs (9st 12lbs).

This week I lost 0.15lbs or 15oz, which is just 1 ounce shy of a whole pound and as I had a chinese take away last night that was still sat in my belly when I weighed this morning (I can feel it!) LOL I wil take that 15 ounces with a big smile on my face as I was expecting a gain with all that food in my belly! Just hope I can get rid of it before I fly to Switzerland! :)


Also lost... 0.5 inches off my thigh and 2 inches off my belly but I did gain on my belly last week which I think was from not exercising!

Happy faces all round! Next weigh-in will be 2 weeks from today so WATCH THIS SPACE :)

Early Thirteenth Weigh Day

Wii Fit said I LOST 1.8lbs!! :D I am 1.6lbs away from 22 BMI target! :D

Although, I did weigh first thing in the morning! I normally weigh just before lunch on a Friday so I might start having to weigh first thing or I might not have a loss next Friday!

Its Easter weekend and I bet my Mum wants to fatten me up this weekend so I have brought some salad and chicken to take to her's incase she doesn't have any low carb stuff in for me :)

Twelfth weigh day

Weigh in results: 0lbs lost and 0lbs gained. I stayed exactly the same weigh wise but I have lost 0.75 inches off my chest and 1 inch off my beer belly :)

Next weigh day will be on Thursday as its Easter weekend and I will be at my parent's from Thursday night onwards so I will try and get up early Thursday morning and do a weigh rather than early evening.
