Day One Hundred and Thirty Nine

10.00am Breakfast
Bacon and scrambled egg with a mug of PG Tips :)






11.15am Mug of PG Tips


12.30pm Mug of Green Tea

14.00pm Lunch
Left over Chinese from yesterday.







I didn't eat all of the Chinese, I think I was still full from my late breakfast! I even left some of the meat, and that is very unlike me! lol

20.00pm Dinner
Unsmoked gammon steak with a fried egg and a can of diet coke.




20.30pm Can of Diet Coke
