Day One Hundred and Forty One

8.30am Mug of Tea

10.00am Diet Coke

14.15pm Lunch
Celery and primula cheese.






18.30pm Dinner
Roast lamb with mint sauce and runner beans, cabbage, brussells, small yorkshire and ONE small roast potato.



As I hadn't eaten a lot, I allowed myself a small roast potato, which was about 12.5g carbs, again the brussells took up most of my carb allowance for the day, but surely veggie carbs can't be as bad as say pasta or bread?! :/



TOTAL (Approximate) Carbs for the day: 51g • Calories: 684
