Busy weekend

I had my Day School for Open University on Saturday and here is my dinner! The day went so quickly!! I got back from uni, did 30DS had a little rest then cooked dinner!




Sunday's lunch! The same as Friday's lunch!




Dinner: Mince beef with onions, mushrooms, lettuce and cheese slice




I baked some peanut butter bread from the recipe that I posted the other day and it is delicious!! :) Quite calorific but low in carbs!




Saturday - Total carbs: 26g, net calories: 1113, calories burnt: 375
Sunday - Total carbs: 31g, net calories: 1149, calories burnt: 271
