Saturday and still booze free!

I made an amazing low carb frittata this morning! Ham, red pepper, broccoli, cheese and eggs! Low carb, low cal and very filling.

Went out for lunch at the pub with friends and drank diet coke and green tea and had steak with lettuce leaves instead of chips and garnish!

Pork chops, broccoli and green beans for dinner too!

Oh yeah! I weighed again this morning on my new scales and had lost 0.8lbs :D
