Day one Hundred and Twenty Four

7.30am Breakfast
Natural yoghurt with a mug of Green Tea.

9.30am mug of Green Tea.

14.30pm Lunch
One Scotch egg. I know it has breadcrumbs but figured there are less carbs in this than in a sausage roll or pasty!?







19.00pm Dinner
Magners and...






Steak with mushrooms, tomato, onion rings and salad.







I also had one glass of wine and 3 glasses of champagne :)
