Day One Hundred and Eighteen

11.30am Breakfast
Low carb pancakes. There is about 11g carbs there. I shouldn't have added the Splenda as they were sweet enough. Feeling really full up now! :( had a mug of Green Tea to wash it down




I didn't have any lunch as my late breakfast was very filling! I went to a BBQ and took some pork and veg kebabs, of which I had 2 and copious amounts of Bacardi and diet coke.

Exercise-wise I did 30 sit ups and walked to the BBQ which is about a 40 minute walk and walked/stumbled back again lol
