Egg Mayo Salad with lettuce, cucumber, tomato and green pepper and a small bottle of diet coke.
14.00pm Mug of Green Tea
19.15pm Dinner
Beef kebab with salad.
I also had a snack of garlic sausage with melted cheese, which I have taken to cooking on my George Foreman (with the grill top open). In case you missed my last picture, here it is again :) Its YUM!!! Cheese doesn't go brown on the George, but it still melts :)
