Day One Hundred and Thirty Three

9.00am Mug of Green Tea

10.30am Breakfast
Two small slices of granary toast with butter.



13.45pm Lunch
Mini toasted wholemeal pittas with cheese. That's the whole pack gone now! I wonder if there will be a weight gain from the bread consumption?!



18.00pm Dinner
Chinese. I still have half saved in their pots for tomorrow.
Beef & mushrooms, pancake roll (I know pastry has carbs), special chow mein and spicy chicken wings.



TOTAL (Approximate) Carbs for the day: 115g - too much bread I think!!! LOL
