Day One Hundred and Thirty Two

11.00am Breakfast
Bacon and scrambled egg on a slice of granary toast with a mug of tea.




13.45pm Lunch
I had some of the leftover meat from my kebab.




20.30pm Dinner
I had 2 bits of chicken and 6 minted lamb skewers at a BBQ accompanied by a bottle of white wine and diet lemonade (spritzas).

TOTAL (Approximate) Carbs for the day: 39g
