I've had a super low carb (1.7g) breakfast today hoping to keep carbs down so that I can have a hot chocolate later on :)
Didn't realise green pepper had so many carbs! :( lunch was 8.1g carbs
Keeping the carbs down failed as there are loads in meatballs too! Well, not loads but enough to take me to 20g carbs! I tried the Slim Pasta today, it didn't really taste like pasta as it was nice and light
