Last year I did Saturday Club with my friends where we went to a pub in town, had lunch and drank a lot of beer. This year we are doing Saturday Fit Club where we power walk across fields etc and I wore my HRM and burnt 430 calories.
I collected my slim pasta (0g carbs!!!) from town and burnt over 300 calories doing that and had left over slow cooked lamb and salad for lunch :)
Dinner was a turkey breast and some green veggies.
