I have eaten far too much over the Christmas break and am feeling tubby and bloated. :(
I finished off the last of my Christmas chocolates today and I made some chicken, ham and sausage lasagne (random, I know but I had some food that needed using lol) that I split into three portions, so I will be starting the Low Carb induction after the last 2 portions are gone.
Watch this space.......!
