Day Ninety One

8.30am Breakfast
Bacon(0g carb - I think), fried egg (
Carbs: 0.4g) and a mug of White Tea.


10.30am Mug of Green Tea

12.30pm Mug of Green Tea

14.30pm Snack
Cheese string (0.2g carbs)

16.30pm Dinner
BBQ!!! Burger, chicken and salad. Lettuce, tomato, red onion, celery and radish. There were 4.5g carbs in the burger and the sausage was similar, 4.7g of carbs I think. Not sure on the chicken.


There was loads of meat left over after everyone had got some food so I had a sausage and piece of chicken :)



20.30pm Mug of White Tea
