I might start again from Level 1 and keep doing each level in turn until I find the exercises easier to do! :/
I hope I have lost more inches by tomorrow but with the amount of food I had at Curry Club last night I am not hopeful! lol!! I might wait until Friday to do all of the measuring etc as that is my normal weigh day and I don't want to weigh a day early and at a time different to my normal weigh in!
