Day 176

6.30am Breakfast
Natural yoghurt with a mug of Green Tea

8.15am Pot of Green Tea

Back on the 20g carbs a day diet I think! Feeling rather bloated after my holidays!!

9.00am Snack

Mini Babybel


10.45am Snack
Mini Peperami


12.30pm Lunch
Chicken Mayo salad.




18.00pm Dinner
Chicken stuffed with pate and cheese, wrapped in a slice of ham served with salad and caesar dressing accompanied by cheese stuffed mushrooms with a mug of Green Tea.
