This week I lost 0.15lbs or 15oz, which is just 1 ounce shy of a whole pound and as I had a chinese take away last night that was still sat in my belly when I weighed this morning (I can feel it!) LOL I wil take that 15 ounces with a big smile on my face as I was expecting a gain with all that food in my belly! Just hope I can get rid of it before I fly to Switzerland! :)
Also lost... 0.5 inches off my thigh and 2 inches off my belly but I did gain on my belly last week which I think was from not exercising!
Happy faces all round! Next weigh-in will be 2 weeks from today so WATCH THIS SPACE :)
